        Such a positive experience adopting our cat Kiki. We werent able to meet her before adoption due to temporary policy but staff were so helpful sending videos and talking through our queries. We were able to make an informed decision with confidence and the whole process went really smoothly. We also appreciate the follow-up care. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with. Kiki has settled in really well and is already a much-loved member of the family. Thanks Cats Protection Exeter.

        The shelter is currently closed for a substantial refurbishment. The charity seems to have too much money to spend to worry about re-sheltering lost cats
