Cameley & Harptree surgeries form part of the same group, which has some good GPs and helpful staff. It is useful to get prescriptions at the practice. So, if that were all (& you could actually get to see the GPs) I could rate the surgery 5*. Unfortunately one of the best doctors has left and patient service has deteriorated, so it is all rather chaotic. It has been taking weeks just to speak to a doctor by phone. Letters and results seem to go missing more often than not and the 'AirMD' system has poor patient functionality.

Always friendly and polite and my appointments are rarely late. Also option of telephone appointments. Clean surgery with comfy seating and radio in the background.

Dedicated and caring staff who always place their patients first. Surgeries have been under real pressure since covid began but most people sadly don't take that into consideration. If everyone worked so selflessly as NHS staff this country would be in a much better state.

Awful. Very behind compared to other surgeries. Constantly changing their mind on what they said and what I said. No emergency appointments in the afternoons and when you're told you will be getting a phone call you're then told later that wasn't what was offered. Receptionists are frankly rude and patronising. I'm not generally one to complain and appreciate we all have bad days and get stressed etc but there comes a point where its unacceptable.
