What a bunch of cowboys. This company is a sub contractor of BT Openreach (another shower of s***e). They were meant to come in early December to dig a trench to lie a new phone cable. Basically, the excuses they made for not turning up - we were so called snowed in for a week (we had a light dusting of snow on the Sunday which was all gone by the Monday), they lost power in their deport (bless them) and then broke up for Christmas around 18 December and didnt return back to work until 8 January. They finally turned up yesterday lunchtime and started digging - a bunch of immature workers what with all the mess and fooling around amongst themselves. In the meantime, I am transfering to Virgin Media and BT have lost my good will and custom. So Oakus thanks to you, BT have lost a loyal customer and you know have to restore the pavement. You are a shambles and I hope you are out of business soon!

This company were digging a trench outside my house to install a new phone line for a neighbour. They broke the cable which supplies my internet and home phone. They were aware that the had broken it..At the end of their working day they went away and left me with no phone or internet connection. What a bunch of cowboys.
