        If you love your Ducati, take it Louigi Moto. Clear, considerate, methodical and sympathetic help. They live, breathe and sleep Ducatis and are often busy with racing etc, so cut them some slack and be patient. The results are worth it!

        I popped down to Louigi Moto and met Rich (Mr Louigi) and Chris their tuner and dyno expert. They fitted me in to investigate an Engine error on my Panigale 1199 dash (could be almost anything!), plus a mysterious case of a lost Upmap.. Although they were stacked out, Rich kindly created time (and space) for me. He was very friendly and explained things very clearly for me. It helps when you can understand the reasoning and logic behind what they do with your bike. Chris also added with his analysis of the software and the missing map. Both guys were very knowledgeable, well worth my 1.5 hour journey there. All in all they were superb, I couldnt ask for more, another very happy customer, Ill certainly be back for any other servicing work or technical issues. Top job guys, much appreciated! 5*
