Zak and his team did the "heavy items" part of our house move in December 2022, and they did it efficiently and carefully. It was good to see that the movers communicated and coordinated with each other at all times as they moved the heavy and sometimes awkwardly-shaped items. They also took the trouble to dismantle a particularly awkward sofa-bed to get it downstairs. When I changed the brief and asked them to discard more items than I had originally intended, they accepted this calmly and cheerfully. The fifth star is knocked off only because they forgot to bring their gloves and trolley.

I would recommend Zac and his removal company, especially for his excellent record of keeping to the times and dates he quoted, and for his hard work and attention to packaging during the time of our move. We would definitely use him again.
