Helen and the Englana team are incredible. I'm based in the US, and two weeks ago I found myself in a bind due to another company's deficiency. I needed to place a huge last minute rush order for company gifts on a Friday evening but every store in London had been closed for hours - and every similar company I tried to order through online wouldn't accept a US billing address! I sent an email to the generic Englana contact address as a Hail Mary on Friday night, but I wasn't expecting anything until Monday (which would likely have been too late to start an order). To my surprise I received a phone call from Helen on Saturday - during her day off - to take care of my order. She handled everything and got it where I needed it to be, allowing me to finally rest easy after an anxiety riddled week. Helen emailed me confirmation of the gifts delivery, and when they arrived everyone was thrilled, and my boss was very pleased with the look and gift packaging. Englana's service in my experience has been unmatched and, while I was loosing my mind trying to figure this out more than 5000 miles away, Helen and her team took care of everything. Would absolutely order from them again.

So quintessentially English with a top notch service to match. Everything from the quality and service to their presentation is spectacular. I adore my Darcy bag & Harry purse and will for many years to come. Pure luxury. Would recommend to anybody. Thank you Englana x
