Jim Rogers

Jim helped me in an IT emergency. He was extremely helpful and speaks in a language that ordinary users can understand. None of that IT jargon! I called on Jim's help for both small and big IT jobs and he has been excellent every time. Makes home visits so you don't have to worry about carting your IT equipment with you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

I needed help setting up our PC after moving house. Jim not only connected everything up, sorted out WiFi and the stubborn printer, but also updated the hard drive. The result is a much faster machine than when I switched it off a few months ago. I was impressed with how quickly Jim got back to me, and got everything done - in 24 hours. Also he explained what he was doing in a jargon-free way, which I appreciated.
