        He was rude and when I asked for help as I had been trying everything to synch contacts to teams he said Google it and that he wasn't there to hold people's hands

        Dont use these they cant be trusted . I had a service done on my PS4 and I just discovered my 2TB hard drive was removed and replaced with a 500MB . I bought a new ps4 and wanted to put my 2TB in the new but obviously I cant . I paid 100 for this 2TB. So angry UPDATE : the owner was kind enough to get me another 2TB hard drive to replace my missing one. Thanks

        Simon and co are extremely knowledgeable and personable. While they arent the quickest, they are always transparent with how busy they can be and will openly tell you if you want something repairing it might take some time due to a backlog. Reasonably priced and an assurance that the repair will be 100% through a 12 month warranty. Easily recommended, theyve done me a couple of laptops and some off the wall requests your average chain store wouldnt even entertain!
