Lambs Garage

I sent my lotus lan +2 into lambs garage in early march for poor starting issues, he converted it form electronic ignition back to plugs and points, told me it was starting better he had this car 3 weeks and cost me 900 which I paid, then rang me to say it had developed a knocking, this knocking was a seized engine, on a rolling road, He then lead me on for 3 months with the intention of sorting something out with the engine, Then in June told me to fetch the car and engine back, the engine was IN BITS! It's had the bores ground out and some parts missing ( THE DAMAGED PARTS) he said the engine had been bodged at some stage and would not except any responsibility for it! JOHN LAMB is a LIER and a CHEAT This CLASSIC CAR should NOT have been put on a ROLLING road! So for the cost of 900 he has wrote off the car and washed his hands of the matter. DO NOT trust this man he is a ROUGE TRADER!!!!! 1 star is too much it I couldn't put it in the minus!!

Unlike the other reviewer, you can see who I am. This guy is amazing, the Mistro of the engine he has tuned my cars everything from a Lancia Stratos to a Fiat 500, over the past 10 years. He gets more power, better reliability I'm a competition car and improved fuel economy in a road car. Very few people has his natural ability to pin point a problem. Thanks John you are a legend!

Just opened Google reviews and was appalled to see poor comments. This garage has saved me a fortune. 2004 Took an old tired Nissan Bluebird for a check up and came away with a new car. Mileage went up from 28 to 35 and overall performance improved. 2008 When they could do no more for it they were kind enough to check out my new car and have been looking after it very well ever since. At each MOT they advise what may be needed immediately and what can wait which is great for planning a budget. Am I just lucky or is this a good garage? The latter I think!
