Sometimes would take our dog out for a long time, other times would only have him out for 10 minutes and tell us it was an hour, or 20 minutes and claim they'd walked him AND taken him to their house for a play when they live around 15 minutes away. When asked politely and neutrally about this, I got a defensive rant that accused me of spying on them and moralised to me about using a camera in MY property. They then cancelled our agreement on the spot and returned the keys the next day. Classic guilty party. Avoid if you're looking for trustworthy dog walking. Update: I can see that since leaving my reviews, they have chosen to disappear their business rather than explain anything or own up to misleading us - I never did get an explanation or apology. Good riddance anyway.

Super friendly, well knowledgeable, flexible in orders and collection times, really love their animals! Highly recommend :)
