Did not receive my postal vote (May2023) the call operator was not very helpful or professional when informing her, she just brushed it off and disappointed that I had my rights to vote. If I wasnt paying my Council Tax the Council would soon sort it out

This council have handled their finances really well despite losing central government funding, services have not declined and they continue to provide great value for money. Thank You BDC.

With regards to fly tipping and general litter control BDC have been extremely helpful. 24 hours after reporting fly tipping they have been in touch and dealt with the rubbish. They have also been very helpful with providing me equipment for litter picking, collecting the litter and ensuring my safety while doing it. I've lived in areas that are controlled by other councils (SCC & RMBC) and they seem to want no involvement whatsoever. The people I have spoken to at BDC have been incredibly helpful and sound very dedicated to making our surroundings a better place.

New website is absolutely awful!!! Not interactive is basically a directory listing page. links don't load. tried to find out the bin collection. but the new layout offers no advice or details of roads and which bin is collected. Pure rubbish.

Looking for my bin collection calendar. Nowhere to be found. Can find most council collection dates in the country but not Bolsover
