        I've worked with Claire on several occasion now and I highly recommend her. She has made a very elaborate wedding cake and dessert table for a styled shoot I've planned last year, a wedding cake for a recent wedding and she's also made a cake for my nephew holy communion. Everything bespoke. she's highly skilled, professional and truly cares about her craft. On the latest wedding she went the extra-mile to make sure our couple would have the cake they ordered, even though she had something major going on in her life. This is what you call commitment.
