Jack said he would make me one based on my measurements, took the measurements directly on me and promised the jacket would come soon. We paid 85 in advance as security. The jacket came, the sleeves were 20 cm too long. I sent Jack a photo, he asked me to send the jacket back so he could fix the sleeves. I did. And then nothing happened for a week. I was thrilled to call one of those beautiful tweed jackets my own once it would have been shipped to me to Germany. The jacket arrived after some weeks but the sleeves were much too long. I took a photo for Jack and measured them again myself, they were about 20 cm too long. I e-mailed Jack and he told me to send the jacket back so that he could shorten the sleeves and ship the jacket back to me. Hey never did. Nor did I ever get the money back I paid in advance. 85 pounds for nothing and he behaved very un-British in a very inpolite and impertinent manner. I would not recommend anyone to ever do any business with the owner of the Donkeyshop. I am really shocked about this incident as nothing of it was my fault. Jack sagte, er wrde mir eine nach meinen Maen machen, nahm die Mae direkt an mir ab und versprach, die Jacke wrde bald kommen. Wir bezahlten 85 Pfund im Voraus als Sicherheit.
