My boy has never been in kennels, and thanks to covid weve had 3yrs where hes barely left my side. John & Bex couldnt have been more accommodating, and did everything possible to make his stay a happy one. I went away confident Id left him in the right hands. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them, and will certainly be using them again.

Great, welcoming and friendly trainers. We're learning loads and really feel they're invested in you, your dog and your progress. Great facilities and would highly recommend it

I would like to wholeheartedly recommend using Premier Canine if you are considering a kennel to board your dog(s). My two dogs, a working-line Malinois and a working-line Jack Russell terrier pup, stayed for 12 nights whilst we were holidaying abroad. I initially booked a stay back in 2019 for our Malinois but thanks to Covid this got pushed forward until August 2022. By that point we had also added our JRT pup to our household. I contacted Premier Canine regarding moving dates and the addition of the JRT pup and non of it was an issue for them to work around which was a massive relief. I chose Premier Canine in the first instance because I wanted to ensure there was a professional dog handler/trainer who would not be phased by our occasionally temperamental malinois. John has an excellent reputation working with very strong working dogs and is well known and well respected and so it gave us great peace of mind to know he would be on hand to deal with our dog. Therefore we were happy to travel almost two hours from our home to leave our dog in very capable hands. As the date to drop off the dogs approached I contacted John and Bex regarding my concern that our JRT pup had yet to come into season, she was almost 15 months old and I was told by them that if she did come into season whilst with them that they would put her in a separate kennel. Our malinois is also entire so of course they would need to be separated. Two weeks prior to arriving out JRT pup decided to go into season .. I contacted Premier Canine and they completely understood and arranged for our Malinois and JRT to be in seperare kennels which was a huge relief, especially as it was at such short notice and they were fully booked. On coming to collect the dogs after our holiday we were incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of the kennels, how fit, well and happy both dogs were and how they both smelled really fresh and were both spotless. Weve never kennelled either dogs before and were a little apprehensive with how they might be when we returned but they both looked and smelled great. 5 star service throughout. Its a beautiful kennel set up and both John and Bex are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and supportive. We will definitely use again and we can highly recommend. My partner & I couldnt recommend Premier K9 enough. Rebecca & John have been an incredible support with our dog Fender. He is an adopted German shepherd that can be extremely reactive to new people & other animals. He recently boarded with Premier K9 for 2 weeks & did incredibly well. He had a spring in his step when we picked him up and seemed to really enjoy his stay. Its been a lifeline for us to be able to depend on this kennels & we will be a customer for life! Thank you!
