I would just like to say how impressed I was with the service. I have used various building firms since I started the renovation work on my house, and Richardsons customer service far exceeded my expectations. The gentleman I spoke to initially was very polite towards to me and called me back within 30 mins, he was very courteous on the phone and spoke to me like a human being, which was very refreshing, as often I get spoken to like an ignorant woman. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a company who were professional and friendly both on the telephone and face to face. Please pass my thanks and comments on, and also extend my thanks to your employee that carried out the collection of the rubble. He was very welcoming and friendly again, and made sure I was happy with the removal before leaving and was more then happy to go that little extra, the skill he showed using the grap was extraordinary.
