Unprofessional. Strongly advise against using this cleaning company. Appalling service which resulted in us having to pay another cleaning company to resolve the mess left my this so called professional cleaning company! Windows left extremely smeary, double oven left covered in hazardous cleaning chemicals with an extreme risk to our health and well-being!! The so called cleaner even left the toilet in an unsanitary state after using the toilet himself! The customer service is equally appalling with no regard to our predicament and dismissive of concerns raised! Shocking! In response to reply from Deben Contracts: Yes indeed you have refunded the money for the oven clean. This is a direct admission that your cleaners failed to clean the oven properly, leaving it dirty and with cleaning agents still in oven. I dont believe the oven was scrubbed at all in an effort to clean it! After viewing the dirty oven we requested that Deben Contracts, return to the property to finish the oven clean that evening. The cleaner did return and after spending only ten minutes with us, once again left, failing to clean the oven properly. How have you compensated us for: Leaving oven in a dangerous state for new tenants with young children moving in the next day? New tenants being unable to use oven for a whole weekend as oven left in such a state it was considered a health risk? Embarrassment experienced by my mother when new tenants quite rightly asked for oven to be cleaned again immediately Extra cost incurred by ourselves after needing to pay for a two hour oven clean from another cleaning company after Deben Contracts left the oven in such a state? I highly recommend Gary and his team! The service he has provided has been absolutely fantastic and the cleaning has been second to none. We really couldn't ask for a better cleaning company. The staff are friendly and very hard working and have gone above and beyond for us! For that we are truly grateful and will 100% be using Deben Contracts again in the near future.
