Brian came to look at my mum's plumbing problems. Sadly, it was a street drain problem 4 scottish water. However, I would definitely recommend this company as he put my mum at ease, very polite, and very, very honest. He could have easily charged her 4 a job but explained this was a job 4 Sw. Rather disappointed. I've tried to arrange a quote 3 times to fix a drain in my property. Each time the receptionist has said "we'll call you back". And I've never received a phone call or any response to my email. They are clearly not interested in new business or have a break down in communication somewhere.

Very efficient service. Phil was polite and friendly. He put a camera down the drains as requested and flushed them, and gave some advice. They came up clear which was good news The price was a bit expensive, hence 1 star reduction, but the service was so good that you do feel you have had some value for money and I would use them again.

My wife phone Drain Doctor around lunch time and by early evening on the same day operative Craig arrived.This is unheard off, service on the same day and within hours of contact ? In your dreams !!!! Craig quickly assessed the situation , cleared the block and was on his way within 45 minutes.The original quote was reduced as the work involved was simple and relatively easy to sort out. Craig kept me informed all the times , carried out all the tests, to ensure that the block was really cleared. I have worked in the Banking industry for many years and i recognise good service when i get it. Top marks to this firm and Craig. By the way , i should mention that it was raining at the time , but Craig did not complain and was jolly all the time.To get excellent service like this during the Corona period is indeed heart warming.
