Very good, fast service from Tim to repair my washing machine.

We've used Tim a few times over the last ten years but just had come over for a broken dishwasher and felt I should write a review! He is super professional with everything - returns calls and texts promptly, says when he'll turn up and turns up then, explains everything carefully, was very conscious about covid safety and for example when we chose a replacement dishwasher, pointed out one of the features we might not have noticed to check we were happy with it before we bought it. We had to use somebody else during the first lockdown when our washing machine broke down and he had a two week waiting list, and the contrast was just so striking. Would definitely recommend.

Tim helped us out at short notice when our dishwasher died on us. He confirmed the problem and then supplied an installed a new one, for less that we could buy one online. Cheers Tim

Our washing machine drum bearings were on the way out and I called Tim to see if he could fix it as we have been using him for years and know he is great at repairs. Unfortunately the bearings on our model were integral to the drum and a drum replacement is too expensive. Therefore Tim took away the old machine and installed a new machine. We took his advice on the best modern machine so happy with the model. We are really pleased all round. Tim gives great advice as he also fixes the machines he sells. Really nice guy who provides great service and is highly recommended.
