Eden Park Surgery

I have always had positive experiences with this surgery, I have been with this practice my whole life - 35 years!! The receptionists are always extremely polite and helpful to me, Lucy especially is always so helpful and happy when answering the phone and nothing is too much trouble!! I moved further away from this surgery slightly but cannot bear to leave so I will travel just to make sure I can stay with the amazing staff.

Always able to get an appointment the same day if its urgent, my 1 year old has never had to wait, i feel like the staff all really try their best to do right by us and are friendly.

If its possible to remove that star and still post, Id do that. Very horrible and the front desk is totally rude. They also blame you for whats clearly their fault, they make you wait while they sit, chatting and taking a cup of tea. You have to go to the desk to remind them that you are seated

This used to be a brilliant surgery and easy to get an appointment. Now you have to wait days to get a telephone appointment even for conditions where a physical examination is needed. GPS who are in the surgery are making patients go to urgent care when they could and should see them themselves rather than overburden urgent care.
