I trained with Jen for the last 8 months after having my second baby and I feel really strong and my core is even stronger than before having children. I really enjoyed the sessions which were varied every week and my son enjoyed them too. Being able to have Jen come to my house and help keep him happy whilst I exercised made getting fit so much more accessible for me and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to get fit and enjoy exercising. The only reason Ive stopped is because I cant fit it in around work but I am hoping to be able to join in if her boxing classes or running clubs in the future.

Cannot recommend Jen at mojo fit highly enough. I did some pregnancy PT sessions (at my house - amazing!) and then some post natal PT and also use the post natal online course and all of it together means that I recovered much more quickly from my second C section than the first time round. Jen is great, tailors each session to how energetic (or not!) you are feeling and just basically knows exactly which areas to work on during pregnancy and beyond. Thank you Jen!

I am so grateful to Jen for all her support over the past few months. I was so lacking in confidence after my c-section and was terrified of doing exercise in a way that might cause problems down the line, which meant I didnt do any exercise at all! Her sessions built up that confidence, as well as my core and I honestly feel stronger now than even before the pregnancy. Its also done wonders for my mental health knowing Im heading in the right direction. Im going to keep on with what shes taught me, visualising the pulling up of the core and how to breath with it. Hoping to make it to one of Jens boxing classes next! If youre looking for a safe, friendly and supportive way to get fit then I highly recommend Jen (and she actually makes it fun too!). I first started working with Jen when I was 7 months post-partum as I was having a few issues after the birth of my baby via c-section. I still had diastasis recti and the lack of any of core strength. Jen was amazing! The exercises were gentle but powerful and manageable to keep on top of as only required 15 minutes a day. Jen explained everything so clearly, is incredible warm and knowledgeable. She happily answered all my questions and worked with me on a bespoke plan. I have never had such a great understanding of my pelvic floor, my body, my core and the breath. I have recommended her to so many others as working with Jen has transformed my body after birth. My core is better than it has ever been.
