I cant recommend Jo highly enough. From our first consultation, she immediately showed that she understood our needs. Due to health issues in the family, we had to cover some sensitive subjects, which she handled with great kindness and professionalism. She proactively kept in touch with us during an extremely long and stressful purchase process, making sure we were aware of the expiration date of our mortgage offer and arranging a backup for us quickly and with minimum fuss. Were in our new home now and are incredibly grateful to Jo for her calm, expert support. When its time to review the mortgage in a few years, we wont hesitate to use her services again.
