Left the car with a brand new Bosch alternator, starter motor and lead cable for them to be replaced, and for WPS to check for a possible parasitic drain or short. Also, to replace the exhaust manifold. Car was there for twice as long as originally promised, and they had started doing work I didn't request or agree (IMS bearing and suspension parts), which I caught only due to the fact that the IMS was on backorder. When this was clarified, they proceeded with the work I actually asked to be done. The father, who - I quote - "has been working with Porsches for 40 years" suggested I changed the battery lead at the front as well, which I agreed to for about 400 extra. When the car was deemed complete, the front cable was never changed and this wasn't consulted to me beforehand (however I did not pay for it, even if I wanted to). The exhaust manifold wasn't changed either as there was too much work to be done. The rest of the work was completed to high standards. However, when attempting to start the car 10 days after I picked it, the battery was completely flat again and the engine wouldn't crank. Calling them on the phone, the father said that they had checked for some shorts, but there might be others, so I needed to take the car again. That's after asking them originally to check for shorts, keeping the car for 2 weeks, and paying over 3k without asking for a hint of discount. Disappointed, as the sons seem to be managing the place rather well (albeit it seems they are taking more work than they can handle and are a bit disorganised) Won't return.

My dad has been using Weston Porsche for over 15 years, Warren and his sons are very helpful and very knowledgeable on porsche's. Just recently had a minor service and ballast resisters replaced on his 911 996 from discussing and resolving the problem was very straightforward and dealt professional. Always puts my dad at ease when he asks questions, and nothing is never too much. I know he would recommend them to any porsche owners.

Local Porsche guys who don't overcharge and work to get your car as it should be with minimal fuss! Used these guys for a few years now and absolutely no issues.
