        One star is too much to give to this van rental. A very unpleasant experience, no reply either when phoning or whats up, and when managing to speak to a member of the staff this is the director who is very rude with no manners, no customer service skills. It is a waste of time. They hang up the phone straight away without answering your questions.

        Whilst the views from one side of the terrace are lovely, the same cannot be said for the other side. The service was slow and we had to ask to be served. The tables were close and having a 21st birthday party just a few feet away made the experience miserable. Over hyped but not overpriced. Wouldn't bother again
