Josh was a really great agent to work with during the purchase of my first property. He knew a lot about the flat I was buying and was in regular communication with me throughout the whole process. He was really helpful in explaining the process to me as a first time buyer, and recommend some useful contacts along the way too. All in, the process only took 8 weeks from submitting my offer to completion, which I'm sure is in large part thanks to Josh's proactiveness and responsiveness. After some bad experiences with other estate agents it was hugely refreshing to work with someone so honest, professional and knowledgable about the market.
