Sara instantly made me feel welcome and at ease in her beautiful, comfortable, home therapy studio. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and wellness and I felt very safe in her hands. The massage and breathing teachniqes were wonderful. The hour full body massage flew by as Sara mastrfully worked over the areas of tension in my body. I felt calmer and more centred afterwards and cannot recommend her treatments highly enough. I will be back!

Booked a massage with Sara and was definitely worth it. Sara takes the time to understand any parts of your body she should focus on and the massage itself was fantastic. Felt comfortable from the beginning as Sara puts you at ease. As well as the massage some really good advice on how to avoid aches and pains those of us who are sitting at a desk for most of the day may suffer from. Would definitely recommend.
