        To the soft play, even if we have membership, they ask for each adults for each session to pay an extra fee, explain me how one kid con come by him self, it's just ridiculous, I would understand if one kid come with both parents but with one, that's ridiculous. we will cancel our membership today as we can go to many others.

        You book to do Lane swimming but there are so many people crammed into two lanes it's impossible to swim continuously enough to feel like you're getting exercise. They are either over booking or not bothering to check who is swimming in the lanes. Its frustrating.
