I used to order from this restaurant regularly when it was Mumbai Express. I recently made an order on the app and paid for it but the food never arrived. I went to the takeaway to find out what had happened with the order but it was closed, I suspect it's closed due to COVID-19 but no mention of this either of the takeaway door/windows or on the app. Not been able to get my money back, totally disgusting customer service.

Been coming here throughout the years through all different owners/chefs under the old name -and this chef now has been the best so far! Not greasy and amazing taste!

The Foods decent so I thought id try this place again after I said I never would because they made us wait 3 hours for delivery with no explanation, HOWEVER waited 2 hours this time,( its a 2 min journey) they leave the phone off the hook and still no explanation or apology. disappointing.

Ordinarily this place is really decent, but good god don't order on a really busy day like this (2 Fridays before Christmas). I ordered through Just Eat at 5pm for a 6.45 delivery, which was duly confirmed. Awesome. 7pm arrives and the app shows the order as delivered. I can't reach the restaurant by phone, so jump on chat with JE who were very accommodating. The restaurant claims the food will be with us in 20 mins.... This time passes and they refuse to give me any compensation on the current order, instead saying they'll give us 10% off our next order. Ha! Why would we order again? So we cancel it. To the restaurants credit, the food turned up at 7.30 and when I inform the delivery girl about what's been going on she calls the boss who says we can keep the food. Sadly the food was much worse than normal. Clearly rushed, not tasty, dry meats. Actually glad we didn't pay for it. Such a shame as they're normally so good.
