        First time visiting here and the customer service was excellent. The team are really personable & friendly and I loved my leave out! Would highly recommend! The owner is a really inspiring person aswell.

        Where do I even start from ? BELIEVE ALL THE REVIEWS that are written . Fake hair that sheds , poor poor customer services . She is quick to take your money , but not quick to deliver the goods . Doesnt respond to insta messages , direct messages or anything . Paid for express service , the wig turned up after a month . Stay clear .

        Avoid by all means, I placed an order over 2 months ago, never heard back despite trying to reach out from various platforms, all emails ignored. I simply raised a dispute with my bank and received my funds back, two months later she is challenging the dispute knowing very well the order was never even processed, i wish had actually read the reviews prior to avoid such inconvenience. worst service ever. Service: Hair extensions
