They should employ computer vision techniques so cameras can track if you are shoplifting or not rather than have some dude constantly looking at you.
Also the prices are relatively high, definitely in comparison to Aldi. Product range is also limited because it's a small store.

In the store he quickly got into action to stop my mum from bleeding to death and showed great care in doing so he shut the store and waited with my mum for the ambulance to arrive . He then called me the next day to ask how she is doing , wow he has such empathy and super customer service what a hero he is . Well done sire
