It was the first time I dropped by in this little gem. I ordered oxtail, rice and peas, plantain and coleslaw. The food was nice and hot, freshly made, great portion and simply delicious! I have lived in Lewisham for the last 8 years and I had never tried it out. You just won another few customers from my family. Thank you

Flavours - amazing. The saving grace of Amazing Grace... However - I ordered "stewed snapper", and received brown stew fish of another species. I do not mind not getting snapper, we must eat varied species for the health of the ocean. But, perhaps the species should not be labeled and left something like " whole wild/seasonal/sea fish" etc. I ordered "hard food" with the fish instead of rice, for 1.50 extra. They did not have the yam/banana/sweet potato so delivered rice, but nothing was given as compensation. The small things make the difference to the success of a business. The beef patties were tasty, but... pure pastry. The little beef that was inside was spot on. But that was about a spoonful. Drink - fruit punch. Sugar syrup drink. Typically Jamaican and well sweet. Diabetes in a bottle! For the same price you can get good quality FRUIT juices. I will return though it was damn good.
