Dave is an amazing photographer. His use of light and depth gives a dream like feel to your day. As his reportage reputation and countless awards demonstrates -he captures the moment perfectly but also beautifully. We felt we could trust Dave with our special day from the beggining and we were not disappointed. We are absolutely over the moon with our wedding pictures, they are everything we hoped for and more. What's more Dave is such a lovely guy who worked tirelessly on the day- he just didn't stop and nothing was too much of a bother (even a slippery shoot by a waterfall which he has captured so magically) his humour in these moments just added to the day. From the moment we spoke to Dave, we just knew he was the man for the job! He came across friendly, laidback, down to earth and completely on our wavelength when it came to what we wanted for our wedding photographer! All of that, plus his photos were pretty damn good! Our choice was proved 110% right when we met him for our engagement shoot in Brighton. Despite it being a grey, rainy and miserable day, Dave took some incredible pictures! His creativity and amazing ideas for shots astounded us! Our wedding day turned into another rainy day, but yet again Dave was there with his creativity, enthusiasm and his ability to keep me calm with his witty sense of humour. Ill never forget when I was having a mini moment about the rain, he turned to me with a big smile and said I know youre upset about the weather, but look at the positive, youre going to get a mega banging night time shot in the rain And he was right! The shots he showed us on his camera on the day were absolutely fab and we are beyond excited to receive the real ones! If youre looking for a wedding photographer; then look no further! We literally could not have made a better choice! It was genuinely like having another friend at our wedding and all our guests commented on how comfortable they felt in his company! One guest even said that they wanted to get married again just to have Dave there as their photographer! Says it all really! From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!! Xx
