        I emailed Ribble Valley Towing about my factory electric tow bar on an X5 which didnt work, I was told by a garage that diagnosed it that it needed to be replaced. A replacement like for like would be 1600. Ste said he would prefer to have a look at it first, so arranged to bob over on Saturday and Ste disagreed with the garage that said it was a faulty sensor in a sealed unit and could not be fixed. Ste knew it was a broken wire in the loom somewhere and preceded to strip the rear of my car. Ste was right all along, not only one broken wire but all 12 badly corroded. Ste got to work and pretty much made a new loom, plugged everything back in and works as it should. Not many people like Ste left, highly recommend.
