        A taxi ordered. Quoted 15 from Pendleton to Whalley Train station. Driver stopped off at Whalley Adult centre & said 5 more to be delivered to Whalley Train Station??? Why is this happening??? Needs reporting to Taxi inspector.

        Took over twenty minutes to arrive and werent warned this when ordering, dispatcher took the post code down wrong after I said it 3 times and the taxi was 5 more than I was told. The taxi had an awful smell

        I was very disappointed. I usually use a driver named Abz. He is excellent, very efficient and very kind. However today a different driver kept me waiting in the cold wind with no apology when he arrived. He managed to spill my shopping all over the boot of his car, again no apology. I'm not a happy bunny
