This company was engaged by Barley Parish Council to surface the local car park on two occasions, in 2019 and 2022. Each time the company was very collaborative, gave good advice and carried out the works to a very good standard.

I contacted Shane for a resurface job on a shared private road, after he had been recommend to me . He came out promptly and measured the job. He then provided three different quotes based on how much tarmac we could afford. So far so good. I accepted a quote for just under 5000. He gave me a date week commencing ..... for the job to be done. That week came and went, then it was too wet, then he was isolating, then at last ( a month late) it was going to be done, hooray. On the morning of the job he didn't turn up as his man with the road planer had gone missing. The tarmac was due in the afternoon and had to be cancelled. I got a text saying he was embarrassed at letting me down and then nothing. No call , wouldn't return messages , wouldn't answer the phone. I finally got to speak with him by using a blocked number and he said he didn't want to do the job and didn't want to discuss why. He hung up on me . Not very professional. No idea what is going on with this company but best avoid if you don't want your time to be wasted.
