We own a large residential investment portfolio in East Lancashire and we have recently used C&A to sell a block of 9 tenanted flats, a block of 6 tenanted flats and 7 individual tenanted flats. Unlike traditional estate agencies, C&A specialise in investment sales and understand what property investors are looking for. The team at C&A ensured that all the necessary information of interest to investors (yield, service charges, elec / gas certificates , EPC's, insurance etc) was available at the outset with all the properties being well presented and sensibly priced on the website. The properties quickly attracted interest from pre-qualified investors and all the properties sold at the asking prices. Steven managed the whole sale process, including liaising with solicitors, which ensured that all the properties completed without a hitch. From initial instruction through to completion all the properties were sold in approximately 6 months.
