        I found myself injured a few weeks away from race day. Ross was amazing! He talked me through my problem and developed a solid plan of action. He checked in with my progress regularly too, to make sure I was on track. Without him I dont think I would have made the progress I have. I highly recommend total therapy centre to anyone in need of treatment.

        I woke up suffering intense pain and total lack of movement in my right arm. Joe went without his meal break in order to see me, and managed to get it all fixed enough for me to go to work. Over the next few weeks, doing the exercises and seeing Joe, life is back to normal- I'll keep doing the exercises though. Thanks

        Ross has been very helpful, I had a bad knee injury 2 years ago and as I'm a fitness Instructor my job is very demanding physically therefore I had a little relapse. He showed me some rehab exercises and pointed me to the right direction. He is very helpful, I definitely recommend his service

        Came in for treatment on my bad knee, Ive seen at least 4 different physios with my injury so far with no luck at all. Ross at Total Therapy Center was able to fix my pain and movement within the first 30 minutes. Would strongly recommend 10/10
