Martin Berry Opticians

My daughter lost her glasses so I rang to order a new pair, it has now been taken over by Bayfields told they would take 2 weeks at the most, STILL WAITING A MONTH LATER. The service has been terrible would not recommend and I for one are very sorry that Martin Berry has gone.?

Helpful staff, good range of quality frames but not the cheapest price point. Optician was excellent

My partner got his glasses in this opticians. First, they take extra care for making the shop safe to go in for the customer. We were so impressed and felt safe. Staff are very helpful,too. My partner was looking for this special brand for a while and most of the shop has only couple of frames. but Martin Berry has many frames in stock. The glasses he got was right and comfortable he wants get another pair from Martin Berry soon.

Started off great then went down hill They was blaming my children for the contacts ripping and they wouldn't even look to see if it was the actual contact lens as it ripped at the end and not in the middle where my children pinch to get it off their eyes, didn't give me options of contact lenses for them they just went for 1 option, every time my children went for eye test they always needed new glasses frame aswell as lenses, unless I asked for lenses to go in old frames as they still was like new, I went for eye test as I said I was getting headache they told me i needed glasses so I got my self a pair, After the attitude i got from the staff over not paying for the new contacts they ordered because they was ripping and they was blaming my children all time,they didn't even give me proper update when my children's eye was improving, I decided to ask for the prescription and I went to another opticians, I'm also disappointed they said I needed glasses so for last 2 years I've been wearing them for reading watching TV,doing computer stuff, made my eyes look blurred, I went to new opticians too and found out I don't need glasses my eyes are healthy, as they did picture of my eyes and showed me, test all was fine too Our new opticians for my family is far better great with kids, explain everything perfect to me about my children eyes, got a better option of contact lenses for kids that wont rip easy, they already improved in eye site aswell already, So happy we have changed opticians

Very helpful, polite staff. Craig is very patient in helping to choose frames, competent at measuring & fitting. Denise is a lovely, welcoming lady. I have just ordered another pair of glasses & am very happy with the service.
