        Service was brilliant when I bought my not inexpensive glasses last year. Had to return a couple of months ago as one of the arms needed adjusting. Yesterday the arm fell off and Ive been told they can't be repaired or replaced but I can have a reduction on a new pair. These glasses are just about 12 months old and should be able to stand up to everyday wear for longer than that. Seems to me these frames aren't fit for purpose. I'll be taking my custom elsewhere in future and needless to say definitely not taking up the offer to buy my glasses over again.
