        Absolutely TREMENDOUS shop and Service. Steve is super amazing. So helpful from the minute we walked in the lovely shop. My mum was struggling to walk safely around Clitheroe, and we stopped in on the off chance. And we were sorted by Steve immediately, smiling happy shop. You must pay a visit. Picture of my mum too.         I recently had hip surgery and as a relatively healthy 40-year old I was pretty blase about how it would affect me day to day, one of the biggest impacts being the lack of somewhere comfortable to sit. I decided I needed a riser recliner so set about looking online, both national and local suppliers, and I was shocked to find a lot of companies will only drop chairs at the kerbside (useless when you are incapacitated) and those that went further charged a hefty premium for the privelege. I looked into local companies and happened upon Modern Mobility on Google. I had a look on their site and submitted an enquiry with my requirements which was returned promptly by Stephen. He talked me through all the options and it just so happened they had one in stock which they could deliver, to the room of my choice, within a few days, great I thought. A little while later Stephen called back and said they could deliver next day, even better. As promised, and in the middle of Storm Eunice, one of the Modern Mobility staff (sorry I didn't catch his name but he was equally excellent) turned up, lugged the chair up two steps of sets into my sitting room and demonstrated the chair. What was demonstrated here is the importance and also benefit of shopping local, Modern went above and beyond to get a chair to me and as I sit here in (relative considering the surgery) comfort, I thank Stephen and the team for that.
