        Excellent service at the Treatment Room department. Nurse was fantastic, reception very helpful. In and out in 30 mins.

        Took my frail father to be reviewed re analgesia. After trying to resolve issues over prescriptions it took 4 times between pharmacy and gps to get issue resolved. This was in icy conditions after it had snowed. Parent has restricted mobility and high risk of falls. He would not have been able to resolve this issue because of the lengths I had to go to to get it resolved. Very poor customer service and support.
