The team at Fardella and Bell were brilliant right from when we first met when Aimee came to value our house. She was warm, bubbly, very honest and supportive and I knew Fardella and Bell would work hard for us. They organised back to back viewings and our house had an offer on it within just two months. The team continued to support us to the day we moved out. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Its so good that a local independent estate agent proves to be as good as we knew they would be. What a great asset they are to our local community.

Megan and the team were informative and helpful. They made the processes involved with purchasing my home easy. Any communication that was required to be made was done so in a timely and efficient manner. If ever I come to sell in the future I would use their services.
