By far the best estate agent I have dealt with. I changed my mind about selling as it turned out to feel like a bigger decision than I originally thought. They did everything they could to help me, and did find me a buyer. I was really sorry things didn't work out. All the staff at the Clitheroe branch were very hot on everything, very good at communicating, staying in touch and explaining things I had no idea about. All in all a very professional, very kind and supportive team

Sold my house through Mortimers in Whalley, dealt with Amber Simpson throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond; answered and dealt with all my emails and queries promptly and efficiently. The sale went through smoothly from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend Mortimers! I have just recently bought a house via Mortimers, specifically through the help of Sam. Sam was an absolutely great help from start to finish, he really went the extra mile to make it as easy and stress-free as possible. The communication was brilliant and I couldnt fault the service.
