had works done to my property the team of guys were polite although some of the work was of a poor standard and could of been better , having worked in the building trade all my working life i know a good finish to a poor one .. plastering was of a poor standard and the mess that was left of top of a laminate floor was unbelievable 3 hours cleaning up a small floor , on to the plumbing side boiler was done to a good standard with the pipe work and the work space was kept tidy although elsewhere were the pipework was done i ended up cleaning all the brick dust up of shelves and floor , pipes could of done with a couple more clips on (attention to detail) overall when working in someone elses property keep it clean and tidy (use dust sheets ) Edited in response from owner . I wouldn't say i refused the aftercare to come fit skirting boards and clean up the fact is that no one indicated that any one would be back to do this and leaving puddles of watery plaster to sit on a laminate floor for four ( 4 ) days anyone knows that the laminate would swell on the joints therefore it needed to be cleaned up straight away.. yes the central heating and insulation is great only gave a 3 star due to how my house was left and some poor quality of work
