We were told by the site manager Andrew that no heavy machinery would pass the front of our home. 7 months later and it is still happening from Monday to Friday. We were told that there is a route around the back of the building site, but this is rarely used.
It is noisy and very dirty. We have been informed that it will continue for another 2 months and the Head of Customer services, Gemma Roberts has said :'Unfortunately there is nothing more that we can do other than ensure vehicles are only using this area when they need to and we have the road sweeper on regularly maintaining the area.'
She has offered 100 to get one of the cars valeted.
They are missing the point, if you are buying a home on the basis that the road will not be used by heavy machinery then that should be adhered to.
I have many more pictures of the road, the machinery and the large vehicles which park in front of residents homes on a daily basis.
