        Great couple of sessions with Taj, workouts are tough, however enjoyable. Each session is different to keep it fresh. I can feel my abs literally popping through my t shirt when we do the explosive core exercises! Finishing off sessions with some boxing on the pads is great. Keen to keep improving session on session.
