        Awful customer service. Paid 600 for a BBQ which broke after first use. Contacted Dawsons and was met by half arsed service. Really disappointing service.

        I couldn't rate it higher because when I went they were closed. I did look for opening hours on the website and couldn't find them so I drove down there. I didn't expect them to close on a Friday. It turns out that opening hours are on their "contact us" page. They are not easy to find. They are in the carpark of "Outer Space" storage.
