Non existent service. I went in today for lunch and despite there being about four staff on, wandering about seemingly doing very little, I wasn't acknowledged on entry so found myself a table. I was ignored for 10 minutes while I sat there. No one even looked at me to realise there was a new customer on the premises. I had always rated this cafe and I think it is better in the week, but on a Saturday they have young staff who clearly are either not trained in customer service or who can't be bothered to even begin communicating with customers. Last time I was in, last week,I had to draw attention to a staff member, as she had walked past me numerous times without realising that I was waiting for a menu. There was no urgency whatsoever. They need to get some decent staff training and staff who are actually aware!
