Lovely lunch, gorgeous home made soup and amazing cakes. Owner was lovely, took time to chat with us and recommend some places to visit.

Lovely setting in the courtyard. Had a generous portion of broccoli quiche and salad which came with an extraordinary apricot and apple chutney that id never tasted before. I asked the chef what was in it as I paid and he told me how it was an old recipe and hed been making it for years. As we left he ran up the courtyard and gave me a jar of his homemade apricot chutney suggesting it with cheese. The generosity blew me away. That is what Clitheroe is like, fantastic people and great service and this cafe is no exception. Food was fantastic and well worth a visit. Will be making another trip soon and this little cafe will be our go to for our visits.
