You can buy a pair of school trousers in a supermarket, which has the waist adjuster sewn in the waistband, but at three times the cost Trutex does not consider a child's comfort important over their cost-cutting. Even their own staff thought this was a fault, but all the replacements had the same fault/design feature (when I emailed to complain and they confirmed this was the design). Avoid!

* 2ndUpdate* Gave Trutex yet another chance & added uniform to my basket . Tried to use the discount code THEY gave me due to all THEIR mistakes & it doesn't even work. The website is slow too .Currently on 6th complaint with this terrible company Had to update. Tried ordering trousers. They said 6 weeks before they're in stock !!! Unacceptable. So tried to order blouses using the discount code Customer Service offered for all the prior mistakes/ delays in Oct . It didn't work. So they gave me another thst also didnt work, then blamed it on IT. Honestly one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Rubbish cheap website. Sizes aren't precise. We ordered a 36 waist got a 26 then asked for 38 & got a 40 & their return QR code for the postage label didn't work every time. Poor manufacturing, bad customer service . Although the lady I dealt with did communicate. Don't know how they are still running with so many unhappy customers. They need better QC / management & obviously don't care that they have the worst reputation in the school uniform industry VERY NEGATIVE experience. Took over 2 weeks to despatch a pair of trousers that were in stock when I ordered. Had to change for a bigger size, but QR Code didn't work for the free postage. So I had to cover this myself. Then after 6 days they sent me trousers 5 times TOO SMALL. A 26" instead of 36". Need better QC checks in the factory & warehouse. Girl on the phone acted like this happens a lot ( yet nothing is done). Clearly not learning from their mistakes hence the low reviews & ratings They should have sent me a pair out immediately but I now have to wait another week for them to process . The packers need to get their eyes tested also.

Appalling communication and lying to customers about delivery dates, clearly do not care about the small customer. Should stick to trade sales.

Terrible customer service and appauling communication. Having to purchase branded schoolwear I am stuck with having to order via Trutex as they are the only supplier. Otherwise I would avoid at all costs.
