        Stay well away from this buisness? No help at all with helping with payments on the covid ? Everybody else helped 30 years of loyal service and the guy Allan Richards even told me to shut my mouth. Would never recommend rude with no empathy at all

        I needed to clean my office carpet due to end of tenancy requirements. Hired a Rug Doctor from A.C. Richards. I was given very friendly and expert advice and instructions. So many hire companies are not committed to giving clear advice and instructions, they are here. Reasonably priced consumables too. Thank you for delivering a great service for Clitheroe and beyond.

        Extremely helpful. Good customer service. Although they didnt have the replacement fitting I needed, they made one for me. Cant get better than that. Thank you. Definitely recommend this supplier, will pass the word around.
